Since There Will Be Volumetric Water Will We Get Water Pressure Mechanics?

As the title suggests, If and when volumetric water is added, Will we get water pressure mechanics for submarines and underwater structures/bases in the future? Because that would be pretty cool to be able to do underwater exploration and such.
