Animation while in control seat

I loved seeing my character interact in the cockpit by pressing buttons.
I would like to see animations happen with when I press my keys. For example, pressing "P" on my keyboard has my engineer press a specific button on the console. If there's a number pad on the console it would be cool to see the engineer press the corresponding number I press on my hot bars

The engineer does press a few buttons occasionally and you can see the engineer breathing.
No HOTAS control animation when moving.
Some animation in response to your commands would be great to see.

In seat I agree, that would be nice. Out of seat it is every difficult to make this, because to press a button you need to be close enough to it and in SE you can press buttons way further away as your arm can reach. And even when you are close enough, you stand never the same way in front of the console and even more difficult to animate this in zero g. But I agree on the seat one, because you sit always the same, are locked in place and close enough to all the buttons.
