SE2 suggestion: upgradeable blocks already in place

SE suggestions breakdown can be delete, i have forgot the correct tittle.(Sorry)
Upgradeable Blocks: Implement blocks that can be leveled up when you have the necessary resources. This would also help limit the number of blocks in the building inventory, as they can be upgraded instead.
