"Apply" Button For Settings

Having graphics specifically update in real time makes it annoying to change anything. A "Apply" button would do simple wonders for the settings menu. That's really it.

Every time I tried to leave a setting menu sub-screen, it said there were unsaved settings. There is no "Apply" button so I was forced to say "Yes" to go without saving. But when going back it showed those settings as having been saved.
