Player-Specific Building and Destruction privileges

This honestly could be a minor SE update if it’s not possible already but, you should be allowed to grant destruction privileges to certain players who want to showcase without other players trolling or interacting with the showcase.. so collision as well :) weapons like custom missiles etc…
