Tool upgrades
Tools need to have upgrades beyond just speed. Here is what they need:
Welders:
1st level just welds
2nd level welds 2x faster.
3rd Level welds 3x faster and has a longer range (2nd block past a built block)
4th level welds 4x faster, has a longer range, and highlights damaged blocks with a glow
Grinder
1st level just grinds
2nd level grinds 2x faster
3rd level grinds 3x faster and has longer effective width (left and right)
4th level grinds 4x faster, has longer range and depth (blocks that are left, right, and deep)
Drill
1st level just drills
2nd level drills 2x faster and picks up everything
3rd level drills 3x faster, picks up everything
4th level drills 4x faster, picks up everything, and is able to toss out stone. I add this because I never use a hand drill past the 2nd or 3rd level because I've made a drilling ship by that point.
