AI Chat Interaction

We all know about the good bot AI that was introduced in SE. How about making it be interactable with the chat in SE2? So for when a player has a question about how to do a thing. It can be asked in the game chat. With a command of "/AI". Instead of the constant reminder that we get for things that are irrelevant to what the player is doing at the time. This would allow for a direct and immediate response.
Along with the AI help bot, how about AI chat interaction for NPCs? This one allows for a more "alive" universe. Where the NPC can respond to messages directed at them.
