Using Proton on Linux, I'm unable most of the times to close the welcome screen.
Not a Bug
As described I open the game, I get the performance warning (I assume this is also possibly a bug with Linux since my machine meets expectations and the game runs fine on it), I close it by clicking OK and then I get greeted by the welcome screen. On the "Welcome to Space Engineers 2" screen I can't interact with the "OK" button or with the checkbox below it... only on some rare occasions I can, but there seems to be no clear way to avoid this happening. Unsure if it's limited to the Linux Proton version, or if this can happen also on Windows. For reference, I have an Intel CPU and a Nvidia GPU.

A workaround I have found is. I press F1 to get to the help screen. Closing the help screen I am able to use the button on the welcome screen getting into the main game menu and things seem OK from there.

Same here. For me it works to just press enter instead of using the mouse.

Unfortunately, Space Engineers 2 runs only on Windows OS currently. Support for other systems is not in our scope at the moment. As such I am closing the thread.
