Add an in-cockpit toggle on and off feature for the new ship turning system

The new turning system feels great- however, I would love for a quick hotkey that disables this feature and enables normal mouse turning which can be done on the fly. It would make things like using mining ships easier where you're generally working in tighter spaces, and it would make it easier to hit a desired target while piloting a fighter craft.

I want a whole game toggle option, I hate the new mechanics and just want to fly my ships normally. I didn't purchase SE2 with the idea they'd change the whole flight mechanics on me and they'd be awful!
