Gyro dampener too slow

Gyro dampener too slow.
When rotating with 'Q' and 'E' the rotational dampening is not acting fast enough.

The character dampening is fine, the grid dampener is not.

same, but i don't think it's the dampener. if you rotate the ship via arrow keys it also makes a minimum of 5deg turn, even if you only tap the key. so i think its the target based system what has no visual feedback for rotation. it is also to aggressive for small adjustments. and its gets jiggly in the 45deg range.
