[Block Idea] Handrails/Handholds

I'd be sweet if we could get a set of shorter handrails/handholds, mainly for the exterior of ships to grab onto (doesn't need to be functional as actual grab points) or to use as ladders, but also for hand railing for stairs attached to a wall. I know there are existing hand rails, but these ones would be much shorter like as shown in the attached image. Adding them would also be on the simpler side due to them just being a slightly edited version of said existing railing blocks. Thanks.

If only it were possible to jump from ladder to ladder and from hand hold to hand hold, it would give parkour more options.
