NPC Station Long-Term Parking/Storage

To put it simply if/when NPC trade-stations like those in SE1 are implemented, a player should be able to go to a station and pay for a nearby grid they own to be "put in to long-term storage", effectively removing it from the universe and storing it as a print the owner can recover from the same station at a later date.

-This would serve to help keep the server-PCU down, encourage interaction with the game's economy systems, and allow players to keep a backup supply cache in case they get completely destroyed (say, by offline raiders/griefers) without eating in to a player's likely limited PCU allotment.

-The cost would be determined as some fraction of the total value of materials stored (both block-components and cargo), and would be charged regularly. Insufficient funds would result in needing to pay a fine for recovery (either from the wallet, or from the stored ship's cargo) that would increase over time until it reached the total value of the stored ship & cargo, resulting in its permanent deletion, essentially the station selling it for parts to pay the fine.

In the UK there is a parking company called National Car Parks, they eventually take over all large parking spaces.

From what you are telling me here, we could end up with NPC NCPs for saving PCU in SE2.
