Decimate function for armor blocks

Hi, I would like to suggest that you provide a tool to decimate an armor block, which would convert that block into an equivalent collection of blocks once size smaller. It would be a great time saver.

Having just needing to recreate an entire large block with the smaller size, this feels more important as even in creative mode the process was pretty lengthy.
I also did some testing of block destruction, and I find I like the idea of block damage effectively decimating the damaged block into a collection of smaller grid items (and repairing it switched to a single large block). Damage would feel more organic. (see separate suggestion)

if I could just take the grinder to a large block and take out a 25cm segment of it, that'd be great.

That's what I'm finding I do more with the new grid system, with the smaller grids, it's turning into a spot where I need to fill a space with 3/4 of a large block to fill in because some odd block fitting, it's pretty painful to have to do that manually with smaller blocks. Would be nice to just put a larger block and then chop out the bits that I need.
