Blueprint Snapshots Displayed on LCD screens and Photography(snapshot)

I have been advocating for in game photography in SE.
A realisation came to me during the discussion of the Camera to LCD screen topic.
I noticed that when placing blueprint icons on the desktop, it is in fact placing an in game photo(snapshot) image of the blueprint.
Can these blueprint images be placed on the LCD screens?
Can photography become more of a thing in SE2 please.

Imagine taking a photo in the midst of a fleet battle, the image relayed back to base and then using a titled version of the image, placed on a large LCD in the fleet commanders office. The imposing scene to be viewed by many a wannabe cadet over the commander's career, and all of this done in game.
