"Componetization" of larger grid bits - Single Stair Tread

I *adore* the unified grid, but I'd love to see one-off "components" of what would normally be 2.5m-ish parts. The immediate example that springs to mind is a single stair tread:

Instead of having to plop down a full 2.5x5x2.5 stair, I'd love for a 2.5x0.25x0.75 single stair tread.

same could go for the ramp, and other such things.

Changed my mind: 2.5m x 0.25m by 0.5m would be better
