25cm grid missing?

Hey i am not sure if this is right but maybe some can fill me in. I was building a ship and it seems my parts are limited to the large grid, and small grid sizes from SE1. (2.5m, 0.5m)

I don't see any blocks that are 0.25m grids in my game. is this intended?

(note: I realised this is posted in feedback, idk how to delete it from here, there is one in the bug section, ignore this.)

Talos Myth ●

It's called a "detailing block", and is currently available in what seems like light armor.
