Space Engineers 2: Lack of information about placing a block with Ctrl + W/A/S/D

I was not able to find any information about new way of placing blocks in the "right" position which is by the way fabulous. Thanks!

You mean block rotation? It's tooltip shows up when you hold down ctrl. But somehow it's easy to overlook.

This was something I encountered as well, in feeling that the current control scheme (or at least the UI labeling) was non-intuitive. I actually stumbled into CTRL being more than just 'hold for precision movement' whilst struggling to rotate blocks.
The copy/paste feature invokes the same feeling, with two keys required before a combination of other keys... When up until this point everything had been done with the mouse and drag-to-select. It was a little jarring of a change.
