Normal users cannot see Merged Objects of a topic on this site

Based on SE2 Community Support's statement on this topic

we should be able to see the topics that were merged into this one, but we cannot. They can.
I have used browser's search to look for the word merged and only the 4 in the thread come up.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!

I'm afraid we cannot do anything about this. As we are using UseResponse software, we are limited in what we can do and in terms of merging threads - it is intended by UseResponse that merged threads are only visible to Support Agents.
Apologies for previous misinformation.
