I tried several setups: Container + hinges + pistons + drills. No ore goes into the container; it all stays in the drills. Container + pistons + rotor + hinge + rocket launcher. Nothing gets through. You can see the container when looking through the rotor, but nothing when looking through the rocket launcher.
