Idea: Pourable concrete

The idea boils down to using the new SE2 liquid system to implement liquid concrete to fill in broken voxels. May be used with hand or ship tools.

What other use cases are being considered for this mechanic besides filling holes? If it is only going to be used for terrain modification, I think concrete blocks would be a more functional and practical solution in the long term. The idea of pouring concrete could be interesting, but if it does not provide players with new building options or any additional advantages, its usefulness may remain limited.

This mechanic seems difficult to imagine how it could work. I would prefer just concrete blocks - unless you can show a good use for pouring the concrete.
I guess if the concrete blocks were made via pouring concrete and then letting them set.
This could be a major engineering challenge to set up a cement industry that creates heavy concrete blocks. The concrete could then be used to build basis that are better protected than even heavy armour - while heavy armour would be the most practical solution for ships as concrete would offer double protection at three times the weight (so don't make sense for flying machines).
This mechanic seems difficult to imagine how it could work. I would prefer just concrete blocks - unless you can show a good use for pouring the concrete.
