Could you please provide your Game logs? You can find them here:

C:\Users\(your_username)\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers2\AppData\Temp\Logs

They will look like this:

From what I see, the crash that you've experienced should already be fixed in the latest Hotfix - 2.3.0.2793. Could you please confirm that is the case for you?
