Floating Point Error

Solved

I found a floating point error in the money I seem to have gotten from this contract or something related to it. I tried getting you the files but this submission form reset while I was getting the last set ready and I already deleted the ones I thought I wouldn't need. Sorry if this is unhelpful.

The floating point error stayed onto my new contract I completed later in the save. I've attached logs, a screenshot again, and the most recent save before and after this second sighting of the same floating point error. This is on v2.3.0.2783.

I could not reproduce this issue, additionally, upon loading "Verdure - After floating point instance 2" I had no floating point in the credits balance either. Are you able to reproduce this on a new save?

To clarify, the floating point error isn't in the normal display of the credit balance as in your inventory, it's specifically on those contract reward pages. I didn't happen for several contracts on the contigous life of that world across different saves, so I'm not sure what to do to reproduce it other than completing the active contract in "Verdure - Arrived 2" and seeing the contract reward page. Sorry I'm apparently bad at preparing for sharing a stage that allows reproduction of the incident. /Genuine

Hello Hanniah,

No worries, if this issue occurred on the corrupted Save file - it may be caused by that corruption.

I have checked all the locations when the Credit balance is during testing and it was correct on Contract reward pages on my side.

In order to prevent similar issues to occur I would advise not to use that specific corrupted file.

If you are also unable to reproduce this on a New Save - I will close this thread. If you'll encounter that issue again on a new Save - please create a new thread for it.
