Tractor Bean - to hold space debris/junk in place while you salvage it.

So I love coming across space debris/destroy ship wreckages in space - but when I get out to salvage materials my grinder ends up pushing the pieces of wreckage away... love it! So can we have a small tractor beam with limited power that can hold the bits of wreckage in place so we can mine it?
I really like the problem... but I would love the solution (tractor beam) even more.
There could even be some feature where the more capacitors (or whatever makes sense from a technical perspective) you build on your ship, the stronger the tractor beam.
The tracker beam would be weak so it cannot hold on to full sized ships. Only bits of wreckage.

or a (magnate/vacume Vent) to pull abit of medium chunks into your ship , holding it in place .. or at least slowing them down ..

Instead, it might make more sense to use the gravity generators that already exist in the game. By creating a sufficiently strong and adjustable artificial gravity field, space debris or scrap could be guided in the desired direction.
