unauthorized action obstruction detected

I was having a great time in SE2; I'm in the first few hours of the game. Now I came across what I assume is a bug. I cannot build any of the blocks I've placed.
I get the message Unauthorized action obstruction detected. I flew over to an asteroid with no buildings, thinking it might be a grid ownership conflict. But still nothing I cant build, and I'm afraid I might need to start over from scratch. Does anyone have a workaround here, or am I just dumb and overlooking something right in front of me?

I am having the same problem with the verdure 1 mission, have got to a point where you have to weld up 2 habitats, the blueprints are already placed as part of the mission, i welded a few pieces of the habitats and now it say unauthorised obstruction detected, there is nothing in the way as i made sure the area was clear, i tried moving to the other building to weld that up and it say exactly the same error, i cannot continue with the whole Verdure 1 Mission until this is completed, this error has basically bricked the Verdure 1 mission that i have already spent about 10 hours on.

I have found a solution to the problem, you have to empty your inventory into any container, then fill your inventory up with the items you need, this resolved it for me straight away.
