The tech tree is completely unknown. New blocks are not unlocked.

Despite the construction of blocks, no progress is made in development. The process of unlocking technologies is not described anywhere. Activating simple technologies such as wheels or new generators and sensors is not possible.

Was this meant for SE1 because SE2 does not unlock blocks like that? To add, wheels are not in the game yet and unlocking is described in the tutorial start you have to do missions to get new blocks. I do realize this is feedback its just worded very much like a bug report.
