Game menu screen not fully displaying

I can launch and play the SE2 Release 1.5 version fine but the default public version when I launch the game only displays a strip of the menu screen down the center with no ability to select any of the options, When I attempt to close the game it goes into a continuous shutting down and I have to close Steam to completely exit the game.

Just in case you are needing this info for my system, to show if the game can run fully supported. I have run both drivers for the Nvidia card, latest versions of both game ready and studio and this has not made any difference.
