Add at least one sector to the Creative Game so the Map works

If you add a sector to the Creative game, the M key works, which lets us use GPS markers.
You could set one up properly and that would be great, but just having one with default settings is greatly helpful.

I suggest putting the station somewhere in the exiting map from Survival. Maybe there is room in Echelon Sector? That sector is pretty big.
