Projection Welding

The projection building is a great feature! I love being able to use creative mode tools such as undo/redo and symmetry. However, I feel it definitely needs some work during this alpha phase. The visuals could use some work as it is sometimes hard to see what is what, especially when using symmetry.

But the main thing I am frustrated by, and that I've seen others complain about online is the welding of projections. I don't know if area welding will fix this or if there's already a solution in the works, but it appears to be impossible to weld a projected block if it's behind another projected block. In my opinion, it kind of defeats a lot of the purpose of being able to see my creation complete before I start welding if I then have to remove projections to access the blocks behind it.

This should be reported as a bug it makes welding complete designs near impossible

Agreed, welding anything as a barely complicated design is nearly impossible. Please bring area welding into SE2 with the larger ship welder ASAP. Otherwise there is no real ability to test any functionality beyond very basic "on the fly" designing.

a 2-3 block range but targeting furthest (first) to nearest would fix it...
