[Bug] Spectator Mode: Ctrl+Space Does Not Teleport Piloted Ship to Camera Position

First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your swift and attentive work in addressing critical player issues.

Here is the crux of the problem:

1. While in a ship's cockpit, press F8 to enter free camera (Spectator) mode.

2. Fly the camera a long distance (e.g., to another planet).

3. Try pressing Ctrl+Space to teleport yourself and your ship to the camera's position.

Expected Result: The player, along with the ship they were piloting, instantly teleports to the camera's location (as it worked in SE1).

Actual Result: Teleportation does not occur. The ship remains in its original place. The key combination does not seem to work for piloted ships in Spectator mode.

Importance: This feature was indispensable for quick travel, rescuing stuck ships, and server administration. Its absence severely limits functionality.

In the meantime, the solution is:

  1. Switch back to player
  2. Exit the grid
  3. Ctrl+X to cut the grid
  4. Switch back to spectator
  5. Teleport Player
  6. Paste grid

Hopefully we get back to being able to teleport the full grid, just makes it a little easier.

Yes, unfortunately, this seems to be the only viable solution at the moment. :)
