Ships in gravity will not go down if down thruster is not built

You can also float up in gravity without using thrust if you don't have downward thrusters. Splitsie demoed it at the beginning of his Flipsie video “Starting Survival Day 3”
I have voted for this ticket as well as the other one linked. This needs to be fixed.
