Retrieve Containers: no feedback after hangar
Hi,
I’ve tried starting Survival twice: first on December 3rd (day one), then again on December 6th.
Both times, I ran into the same confusion regarding the objective “Retrieve Containers”.
I repaired the ship, grabbed the small containers, and moved them one by one into the hangar.
All of them were detected as completed/validated.
However, after that, nothing else happens. The objective helper doesn’t indicate what to do next — for example, whether we’re supposed to return to the space station or trigger another step somewhere else.
I also couldn’t figure out how to activate GPS markers (e.g., “Vallation Station”).
I can see the marker in the GPS interface and select it, but once I’m back in the ship, no marker appears in the HUD.
On my second try, I added a custom GPS marker so that it would always be displayed.
With that custom marker, I was able to find the station — but the "Vallation Station" marker still wasn’t visible.
Once I returned to the station, the objective menu only showed “Abandon” as an available action, with no way to continue or complete the mission.
Summary:
- The objective “Retrieve Containers” validates but does not provide a next step.
- The default GPS marker for Vallation Station does not appear on HUD, requiring a custom marker to find it.
- Returning to the station leaves the objective stuck, with only “Abandon” shown as an option.
Thanks!

Just a quick update:
I finally understood the issue. The containers don’t just need to be inside the hangar — they must be placed exactly on the white marked area on the floor.
If they are even slightly off (in my case about 25 cm behind the white mark, against the hangar wall), the objective does not progress.
Hope this helps others running into the same confusion!

As an additional suggestion:
It would really help if the game rechecked container placement when they are moved out of the white area.
A simple “container not in the target zone” message or re-detection prompt would be enough to guide the player and avoid confusion.
