Engine plumes not rendering

See title, unsure of how to reproduce. The lights are still there though, persists through reloading save but unsure of persistence through relaunches

I get this to, it sees reproduceable. For me it happens when I exit to the menu and load back in to the save after the first time it will continue to not render until relaunch.

The 'bloom' (if that's the correct term) appears to be occluded by built structures or objects in the distance.
