Hey Keen! I'd love to see VR support

I'm sure I'm not the only person who thinks it would be really fun to be able to play in virtual reality on a Meta Quest 3 or something.

Experiencing construction, combat, flight, etc. in VR would add a whole new level of emersion that I'm certain most people who have access to the hardware would love to utilise

Honestly, I would love it. I assume it would not be immediately added since it is beyond KSH's current scope, but I do hope they plan to add it at some future time frame when the game is closer to completion and they have time to experiment with it. Of course, it might affect a lot of things like how the player model animates or even stuff like the control systems for ships and grids in general, but that is why I think it would be a thing for when they get what they wanted done and can now listen to community suggestions. I would love to fly a ship in VR.

I would also love to play this in VR. In the spirit of feedback, one of the issues that I have with some VR experiences is motion sickness/balance issues. Flying a ship while sitting in a chair or scuba diving is alright, but the issue that I have is with general walking movement. Sliding side to side or walking causes my balance to feel off, and I have a tendency to lean or start to fall over. I think this occurs because the motion is too smooth and unnatural.

I'd be curious to try this in VR with a spacesuit, as I wonder if it would be like flying a ship. I'm not expecting my legs to move in that scenario.

However, I also wonder if a slight bounce during walking movements would solve my issue, because our view naturally bounces slightly when we walk or bounces heavier when we run.

This is also something that could be turned on or off from the options so the VR users could decide whether to use it or not, depending on how they're motion-impacted.
