space engineers 2 is lag spiking like crazy

I have a ryzen 7 9700x with a 9060xt 16gb and 32 gb of ram. Space engineers 2 is lag spiking for me on any graphical settings even with performance mode on and it does it atleast every 15 to 20 seconds.

i have a 32min clip of game play after 6 hours or so of game time and just at 6 hours it starts to cause the cpu to lag. ive got my sytem locked at 60fps since its a 1080p tv im using.

i get loads of lag Spikes, after a while, and im still in Vallator space trying to build a decent mission/mining ship.
Its a BIG Anoying HELL!! and im runing on medium grapic settings, and its also a anoyance that you cant change grapic settings more than Low, Medium & high.
There seem to be some sort of GPU and or Ram Leak bottleneck, that mess things up badly
