Loved Space Engineers 1, but the UI was the biggest barrier. It was clunky, unintuitive, and made it hard to recommend to friends or family.
Just picked up Space Engineers 2, and unfortunately, it feels like the same design pitfalls are back. Hoping the devs prioritize usability this time around—this game deserves a broader audience.

I do agree, but I feel like with SE2 it's even worse than before. I wish more people would talk about the UI so that it's not an issue post-release. I do kinda wish I could have the SE1 UI in SE2, though, that way they're both the same wrongs, so it's not as much of a learning curve for people coming over from SE1. Especially since they're planning on continuing SE1 development, it'd be nice to be able to flow between the two without needing to learn two different UIs.
