Option for smaller server size (dedicated) with single planet (and moon) only

After watching a lot of LSG's videos where he sets up servers with specific constraints, it would be amazing to take a page from his book and incorporate very specific scenarios where every player is bound to the same planet with very little range in space, or say thrusters are completely deactivated/unable to place forcing players to interact more and engineer their own survival
