Allow ability to add new lines to text panel

With an xbox controller we can only do this in a text panel
"Hello world, thing1 thing2 thing3"
Along with people on the PC version, we should be able to do this
"Hello world
thing1
thing2
thing3
"
Text wrapping would work in some cases, but that's not even a thing in text panels.
I understand that ports aren't perfect due to limitations. However, is this feature impossible on Xbox?
