UNKOWN SIGNALS SHOWING UP BUT WHEN BUTTON PRESSED NOT GIVING ANYTHING

whenever there is an unkown signal I go and find it, but when I click the button, it says "try your luck"
and instead of giving me something or even saying if I got anything it just turns off and does nothing and they shouldn't be giving nothing and then not saying at least if I got anything and I know it isn't just that it doesn't tell me I check if I have anything new EVERY TIME AND I NEVER GET ANYTHING!
