New grid performance tab.

Add a grid performance tab to show's real time basic movement performance and light to medium combat conditions, for example a grid with a gatling turret little armor and only 2 small atmospheric thrusters in each direction. Ther performance tab can tell me how well the grid can perform in all directions in earth atmosphere Aswell, it will tell me how it will fair in light and medium combat.
