Immersive Universes
Ok, so how about, when creating a new world, you are given the option to; "Create Universe". This option would create three worlds, with the same settings and (if present) applied mods, that are all connected. What I mean by this is that a warp drive (or something similar) would have to be present on a ship, and then you select a "system" (world) and then you, your ship, and all other players seated in the ship would be warped into the desired system. (While the world is loading, you could add some sort of animation or something to make the transition between worlds cleaner) Then, when you arrive in the desired system, you, your friends and your ship can la-de-da till your heart's content. It's not something I'm expecting to be implemented, but I just think it's a cool idea, and that it could add more immersion to the gameplay.
