Oxygen saturation and limited ore amounts in world/server settings

I would like to see oxygen saturation for individual planets in advanced server or personal world settings aswell as the option to change the amount that is refined after putting raw ore into a refiner (aka survival kit, refinery, and large refinery). In addition to this I would like to see the same settings for amount of oxygen and hydrogen refined from small and large grid O2H2 generators.
