Vanilla + Framework for SE

The Vanilla + Framework is a cool mod that I've seen around. it looks like it would benefit gameplay as it adds tracking ability to missiles as well as proximity fuses for flak and things like that. I think it would make a lot of the more PVP-centric players happy while not detracting from the building aspect of the game. Also, because the mod is already made, it would not be as difficult to implement.
