Problems with new console sync/view distance

The new sync and view distance cap that has been imposed on Xbox and PlayStation has made stability issues considerably worse and the now constant rendering and unrendering is making the game near unplayable for myself and many other console and cross play groups. Stability was much much better before this addition and this new feature needs removing.
