Space Standoff - Start the match with uncharged jumpdrives

Sometimes matches had overzealous players on both sides who like to jump to the enemy base instantly and ram, which usually ends with both teams losing jump capability on minute 50. Ramming is a perfectly valid tactic but when it happens in the first 2 minutes of the match 3 times in a row it leaves a bad impression of the mode.
Suggestion: Start the match with uncharged jumpdrives to give both teams a bit of a "grace period"
