I'd like to propose a new Rotar Type. (for both Normal & Advanced Rotors)

This would kind of be like a inverted mirroring Lower Hinge that is based on a Powered Vehicle Axle. Both sides would rotate in the same direction & both heads would be part of the same grid.

This potentially could be used to make 'Clang' free custom Heavy Duty Hinges, to create extremely compact Vehicle Axles, Caster Wheel Assemblies, etc.
