Add radial menu to PC

It sometimes becomes tedious to scroll through similar blocks on PC, especially in certain situations where the order of the blocks is confusing. If a radial menu was added, maybe when pressing alt, it could streamline this process by allowing to see the item or block you're about to choose or swap to. This would greatly increase productivity and building speed, particularly when swapping between armour block shapes.
