Wind turbine working underground
Not a Bug
Don't know if this is intentional but i did put a turbine underground and it was still producing power, even though it was surrounded by voxels in every directions.
I have the same bug
I tried underground to give me a 17kW turbine

Location should not matter, but available wind should ... say via a tunnel passage there would be wind ... But I 100% get your point of putting one in a hole should NOT work ...
