Turning off projector block causes welder help-text to disappear

Noticed this last week. I have a projector block attached to a rotor for small grid ship building. There are two buttons placed to turn off the block and temporarily stop the projection. I noticed that sometimes when the projector block is turned off, the welder help-text that tells me what components are needed for a block disappears and does not reappear until I switch to a different tool.

Similar issue was fixed in 1.196.002 version (released yesterday). Can you please test it in the latest and let me know if it's still broken?
