Is it intentional that you can join any trader faction, withdraw all their faction money in your personal account and buy the stuff you want?

There were no admin hacks. It happened in singleplayer.

I started a new SP world and now everything seems fine.
Maybe ther was some leftover from playing around with admin tools on the other savegame.
