[Test#2 - 1.192.012] Grinding on safezone edge multiplicates components

Having any grid on the edge of the safezone, you can grind any block outside of the zone and instead of it being completely deconstructed it just keeps spawning components which it should have dropped almost infinitely (after some time the spawning will stop).

The video speaks for itself: https://youtu.be/x91Za5WQVWs

Proof of concept contraption: https://youtu.be/bYIy2nPSSIM

The important thing is having a grid on the edge of the safe zone and full inventory. Full inventory is needed since the spawned components are actually the ones that spawn normally when you grind down a block with a full inventory.

I also tried grinding down a cargo container with some goodies in it, but they wont spawn, just the components.

This bug exists with your own safezone as well. It has to do with being able to GRIND down blocks when BUILDING is disabled in the safezone. The above mentioned method works cause you can grind outside the safezone whilst the whole grid gets the "no building" - protection(?) if it touches the safezone.

Here a video of a setup:

STR:

1) Make a safezone, make your inventory full

2) Build a block inside the safezone

3) Disable building, enable grinding in the safezone block

4) Grind the placed block

Expected behaviour: Either block will get ground down or it will stay but no materials will be received from it.

Observed behaviour: Component duplication

Is this correct?
